Description
A Muffle Furnace (muffle kiln) in other words a Muffle oven is a heating chamber (furnace) in what the subject material is segregated from the fuel and the outputs of combustion, including gases and flying ash. Later the improvement in high temperature elements including massive electrification in first world countries, muffle furnaces quickly moved to electric option.
In electric Muffle Furnaces the heating byproducts (i.e. byproducts caused by the heating process) are imperceptible for most processes. An electrical Muffle Furnace gets heated up by convection, blackbody radiation or conduction processes. None of them generate combustion byproducts & now such design allows far better temperature uniformity and assure separation of the heated material from combustion contaminants.

Important Notes :
- Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics. It’s quite natural and can be fixed with alumina coating.
- This Muffle Furnace is not a vacuum Muffle Furnace, testing of toxic, hazardous, explosive gasses or /and substances should not be done without necessary safety arrangements.
- To ensure longivity of the furnace components, never cross a maximum heating rate of 10°C per minute. Highest advised cooling rate is also 10°C /minute.
