In electrically heated Muffle Furnaces the byproducts of heating are insignificant for most testing processes. An electrical Muffle Furnace gets heated up by conduction, blackbody radiation or convection processes. None of them generate combustion byproducts & now such design allows greater temperature uniformity and reassure removal of the heated materials from combustion adulterates.

Important Notes :

• Small cracks you may see on the chambers’s surface. It’s natural to occur and can be repaired with alumina cement coating.
• This Muffle Furnace is not having a vacuum sealed system, without required safety controls & supervision do not use toxic and /or explosive gasse / substances in it.
• To preserve the life of furnace parts, 10°C /min max heating rate is recomnded. Highest advised cooling rate is also 10°C /minute.
