Similar to the Aluminium Melting Furnace, this unit is designed for melting pure aluminum or its alloys. Operating at a minimum of 750°C, it ensures the metal is fully liquefied and ready for casting. The working principle typically employs electric resistance or gas-fired burners heating a refractory-lined chamber or crucible. A key purpose is to maintain melt quality by limiting hydrogen gas ...
The working principle typically employs electric resistance or gas-fired burners heating a refractory-lined chamber or crucible. A key purpose is to maintain melt quality by limiting hydrogen gas absorption and oxide formation, sometimes using flux or inert gas cover. Operating at a minimum of 750°C, it ensures the metal is fully liquefied and ready for casting. The Aluminum Melting Furnace is available in 7 temperature configurations ranging from 800°C to 1400°C. Each temperature variant is engineered with appropriate thermocouple and heating element technology.
