This furnace performs various thermal processes on glass, including annealing, tempering (thermal strengthening), and bending. Operating at temperatures like 650°C, it heats the glass uniformly to a specific point before the next step (like quenching for tempering). The working principle depends on the process: for tempering, it involves rapid, uniform air quenching; for annealing, controlled slow cooling. Operating at temperatures like 650°C, it heats the glass uniformly to a specific point before the next step (like quenching for tempering). Its purpose is to enhance the mechanical and safety properties of glass for applications ranging from automobile windshields and building windows to smartphone screens. The Glass Heat Treatment Furnace is available in 8 temperature configurations ranging from 800°C to 1300°C. Each temperature variant is engineered with appropriate thermocouple and heating element technology.
