This furnace performs heat treatment on materials that require processing at the upper end of the temperature spectrum, e.g., above 1000°C. It is used for high-alloy steels, superalloys, and refractory metals. The working principle includes precise atmosphere control (often vacuum or inert gas) to prevent scaling or decarburization at these aggressive temperatures. Its purpose is to develop the unique high-temperature strength and creep resistance needed for components in jet engines, power generation turbines, and high-performance racing engines. This furnace performs heat treatment on materials that require processing at the upper end of the temperature spectrum, e.g., above 1000°C. The High-Temperature Heat Treatment Furnace is available in 5 temperature configurations ranging from 1000°C to 1300°C. Each temperature variant is engineered with appropriate thermocouple and heating element technology.
